About these terms

qroot.in is operated by Intelyx Labs Private Limited ("QROOT", "we", "us"). Seller and contact details are on our Legal Information page. By using qroot.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to ourPrivacy, Shipping andRefund policies.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

Products and prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the product. We may correct errors in prices or product information at any time.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of unavailable stock, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount.

Payment

Online payments are processed by our payment partner. Cash on Delivery is available only where shown at checkout, and any fee for it is shown before you place the order. Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full on delivery.

Cancellations

To cancel an order before it is dispatched, email us with your order reference. Once an order has been dispatched, our Refund Policy applies.

Invoices

We issue a GST tax invoice for every order and send it by email. If you provide a GSTIN for a business purchase, you are responsible for its accuracy; issued invoices cannot be edited.

Offers, coupons and referrals

Offers, discount codes and referral rewards are subject to the conditions shown with them. Unless stated otherwise, only one may be used per order, they have no cash value and they cannot be transferred. We may change or withdraw an offer, and cancel any benefit obtained through misuse.

Warranty

QROOT gardens come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or consumables. To make a claim, email us with your order reference and a description of the issue.

Use of the site

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, or copy its content without our written permission. All content on qroot.in, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Intelyx Labs Private Limited or its licensors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Complaints

Email our Grievance Officer at grievance@qroot.in; full details are on the Legal Information page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
