Where we ship

We currently deliver only within India.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. Cash on Delivery, where available, may carry a fee, which is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation and delivered within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

We email tracking details when your order ships. If you have not received them within 2 business days of your order, email hello@qroot.in.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or does not arrive within the estimated time, email us with your order reference and photos and we will resolve it. See our Refund Policyfor returns.
