Shipping Policy

How shipping works

QROOT products are shipped directly by us across India. Once your payment is confirmed, we pack and dispatch your order and share tracking details by email.

Delivery times

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Metro and tier-1 cities: typically at the faster end of that window.
• Remote areas: may take the full 7 business days.

Delivery estimates depend on your pincode and are counted from the date of dispatch.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we email your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. If you don't receive tracking within 2 business days of your order, email us at hello@qroot.in.

Packaging

QROOT gardens are packed in custom-fit boxes with foam inserts to protect every component during transit. The garden base, LED panel, grow baskets, nutrient bottles, and all accessories arrive in a single box.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing components, or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, email us at hello@qroot.in with photos and your order reference number - we'll resolve it quickly.

International shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is planned for the future. If you're outside India and interested, email us - we'll notify you when international orders open.
