What we collect

• Details you give us: name, email, phone, delivery address, GSTIN if provided, reviews and messages.
• Order and payment status. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, how you reached us, approximate location, browser and device, page speed and error reports.
• If you sign in with Google: your name and email. If you use the app: your gardens and notification settings.

Why

To deliver and support your orders, run your account and offers, keep the site secure, fix problems, measure our advertising, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that run our service (hosting, payments, sign-in, email, error monitoring, storage and delivery), with advertising partners such as Google, Meta and OpenAI to measure ads (contact details only in hashed form), and where the law requires.

We and our advertising partners use cookies. You can block or delete them in your browser.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes, or longer where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or delete your account (Account, Profile, Delete account). Orders and invoices are kept as tax law requires. Write togrievance@qroot.in; if not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Our site and products are not intended for anyone under 18.
